AUSTRALIAN CRAWL
James Reyne, Simon Binks and David Reyne come together to celebrate the music of Australian Crawl. This is the first time in over 40 years that three original members will share the stage, joined by John Watson (Australian Crawl 83- 86), Brett Kingman, Josh Owen, Andrew McIvor, Sean Johnson, Melinda Jackson and Nicole Kurta. In a short career between 1978 and 1986 Australian Crawl delivered numerous chart hits and iconic songs that are woven into the fabric of Australia.
MEN AT WORK
Men at Work were born in Melbourne, Australia, in mid-1979.
The band went on to become a globally successful Grammy-winning, multi-platinum-selling act during the early 80s. The original band, however, came apart relatively quickly and had disintegrated by 1985.
Colin Hay and Greg Ham responded to demand and toured many parts of the world as Men at Work from 1996 into the 2000s. Sadly, Greg Ham passed away in 2012.
Founding member Colin Hay has developed a solo career over the last 35 years, writing, recording, and touring extensively throughout the world as a solo artist. He is presently part of Ringo Starr’s All Starr Band.
Since 2019, he has also toured and played under the Men At Work banner with his LA-based group of musicians, where he plays an exclusively Men At Work set, including all the hits and dearly loved songs which clearly have stood the test of time.
BIRDS OF TOKYO
Formed in Perth in the early 2000’s, Birds of Tokyo have grown from independent roots to become one of Australia’s most popular contemporary rock bands.
Since their 2008 breakthrough Universes, all five of the group’s albums have reached the ARIA top 3 including two #1 hits: March Fires(2013) and Human Design (2021). Classic songs like “Good Lord”, “Plans”, “Lanterns”, “Two Of Us”, “Brace” and “Unbreakable” have all been top 10 airplay hits and more than seventy of their tracks have featured on Triple J, making them one of the National Youth Broadcaster’s three most played artists of this millennium. The band has also won the APRA Award for “Most Performed Rock/Alternative Work” on a record setting six separate occasions.
Epic live shows have always been at the core of their appeal. Birds Of Tokyo have played major festivals from Splendour In The Grass & Falls to Red Hot Summer Tour and they have appeared as special guests for superstars like Muse, Midnight Oil, Cold Chisel, Incubus and Bon Jovi.
VIKA & LINDA
Vika & Linda are the most loved vocal duo of their generation – admired and respected by fans and fellow artists, they’ve been singing together their entire lives. It all began in a church and from church to the charts Vika & Linda have enjoyed a remarkable musical journey.
After three classic albums with the Black Sorrows, Vika & Linda have released eight studio albums, two live albums and a chart-topping anthology. They have sung on number one albums by Paul Kelly, Kasey Chambers and John Farnham, done gigs for the Dalai Lama, Nelson Mandela and the King of Tonga, and released their first memoir “No Bull” in 2022, documenting their journey from suburban Melbourne to the top of the charts. They have been nominated for four ARIA Awards and have been each awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia.
ESKIMO JOE
Since forming in 1997, Eskimo Joe has racked up a long list of impressive accomplishments. With 6 studio albums under their belts and sales in excess of 750,000, in Australia alone, the band has seen 3 of those albums debut at number 1 on the ARIA charts, with juggernaut ‘Black Fingernails, Red Wine’ shining for a monster 62 weeks in the ARIA Chart Top 50 and “Foreign Land”, from their fourth album ‘Inshalla’, bringing home 2 APRA Awards, for Most Played Rock Song on Australian radio and Best Rock Song of 2010.
Eskimo Joe have enjoyed 35 ARIA nominations in their career thus far – a number only surpassed by Silverchair, Powderfinger, Kylie Minogue and John Farnham. They have brought home 3 International Song-writing Awards, 11 WAMi Awards and 8 ARIAs and 11 of their compositions have featured in Triple J’s Hottest 100 countdown, with ‘Black Fingernails, Red Wine’ landing 2nd place.
BOOM CRASH OPERA
Originally formed in Melbourne in 1985, Boom Crash Opera got their start on Australia's pub rock circuit and quickly earned a reputation as a band to watch. Their 1986 debut single Great Wall helped establish their distinctive pop-rock sound and launched a string of hit singles, including Her Charity, Onion Skin and Talk About It.
Often compared to acts such as INXS, Icehouse and Tears For Fears, the band took a major step forward in 1989 with the release of their second album, These Here Are Crazy Times. Featuring Onion Skin, The Best Thing and what is arguably their signature song, Dancing Up A Storm, the album broadened their international profile and remains a landmark Australian rock release.
Following the release of three more albums throughout the 1990s, the group remained an active touring and festival favourite into the new millennium. In 2009, they revisited their catalogue with Dancing In The Storm, an acoustic collection of some of their most-loved songs. In 2025, the band unveiled their first new material in 28 years with the electrifying electro-glam-rock track Latest Hustle.
ELLA HOOPER
Ella Hooper burst onto the Australian music scene as the technicolour frontwoman of Killing Heidi, an unlikely success story – the teenage band from the bush who went on claiming pop rock dominion with a string of hit singles, no. 1 album, sold-out tours, Rolling Stone covers and more. Ella was the first-ever woman and the youngest person to be awarded SPRA’s Songwriter of the Year Award.
Now three albums deep into a celebrated solo career spanning synth, folk, rock, country and Americana, Ella also balances a successful side hustle hosting multiple TV and radio shows, making her more than just a pop singer in her native Australia.

Sandstone Point Hotel is located at 1800 Bribie Island Road Sandstone Point. This magnificent site is open air, and patrons are encouraged to bring a low back camp chair (max 20cm leg height) to the event. Please note that picnic rugs are not permitted.

Parking is available on site which is a short distance to the main entry gates. Parking passes can be pre purchased for $5.00 + BF from the venue website or $10.00 on the day. ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION
Unreserved accessible parking is available near the hotel entry. Please follow signage and directions of traffic staff to this area. Once inside the venue, an accessible viewing area is available approximately 50 metres from the stage front. The accessible viewing area is at ground level. The area is reserved for disabled patrons and their immediate accredited carer.
An accessible bathroom is located in the main hotel building or external toilet compounds.
Please note that this is an outdoor venue with uneven surfaces and is open to the elements.

BOX OFFICE
The Box Office is located at the concert entry point and will be open from 60 minutes prior to gates opening, and until the headline artist commences.

TICKETING POLICY
The official ticketing agency for this event is Ticketmaster. The Red Hot Summer Tour takes no responsibility for tickets purchased outside of the official agency. Tickets purchased through third parties such as Viagogo, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, Ebay or other sites are done so at the customer’s own risk. Fraudulent tickets will not be honoured.
Once a ticket purchase is completed, there are no refunds or exchanges available. In purchasing a ticket to this event, the purchaser acknowledges that any government mandates, public health orders or inability to attend due to illness or other changed circumstances does not render the purchaser eligibility for a refund or exchange.
WEATHER POLICY
This event is an open-air concert that will proceed rain, hail or shine. In the very unlikely event of a cancellation, ticketholders will be advised by SMS, Email and social media.
The event will only be cancelled if the site is deemed unsafe to proceed/continue. This decision will be made by Event Management, Venue Management and Emergency Services. Patrons are advised to come prepared for the elements with appropriate attire, footwear, a wide-brimmed hat, sunscreen, and rain poncho.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
It is a condition of entry that all bags, chairs and personal belongings are presented to Security Staff for inspection.
Patrons detected with contraband items such as alcohol will be refused entry without refund.
